Orders once executed cannot be cancelled & will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.
However in case of any product defects or damages, Stay Noted follows a Return & Replace Policy, which can be referred to below.
Return & Replace Policy
Our policy lasts 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
We request you to take a video of your order being opened, in case of any damage that occurred during shipping & send the video via an email to email@example.com along with the details of your complaint.
Our customer care team will accordingly handle the return of the product and replace it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us, as we will send you a fresh product in case of damages or any defects.
